Playing Dress Up: Winter Wedding

Last weekend, we went to a gorgeous wedding at a vineyard in Connecticut. And though technically it was fall, the weather was feeling more like winter. Dressing up in the winter can be a seriously daunting task—hence why I spend most cold days in leggings and oversized sweaters—but it is doable. The dress I wore to this wedding has saved me from winter fashion woes on numerous occasions, from New Year’s Eve to a company holiday party and now, this wedding. Seriously, it’s one of the greatest purchases I’ve ever made: It’s chic, versatile, and can be accessorized in so many ways. I got mine from the juniors department (affordable!) at Nordstrom a couple years ago, but here’s a similar one. It almost makes up for the frigid November temperatures.
